Jubilee Hotel Victoria occupies a Grade II listed building on Eccleston Square, with many original features dating back to the 1820s. We want every guest to have the information they need to judge whether the hotel suits them, and to feel welcome when they arrive.
The building
As a listed historic building, the hotel does not have a lift. Rooms are spread over six floors, from the lower ground floor to the fourth, and reaching some of them — particularly on the upper floors — means using the stairs. The original staircase is a protected feature of the building.
If stairs are difficult for you, please tell us before you book, or as early as you can. We will do our best to allocate a room on a lower floor, but we cannot guarantee a step-free room — so please contact us to check what is available for your dates before booking.
Getting help
Our reception is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are always happy to help with luggage free of charge, and to assist however we can during your stay. Just ask.
